The following provides an outline of our basic conditions of entry. The purpose of these guidelines is to ensure all our children and adults feel comfortable and safe while enjoying our premises.
Important: To minimise any risk we ask that anyone entering Play Room observes the following:
Play Room Rules
- Parental Supervision: Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. It is the responsibility of parents to ensure their children understand and follow the rules of play and are able to use the equipment safely.
- CCTV Monitoring: For the safety and protection of all children, CCTV is in operation throughout the venue.
- Age Limit: Our play area is designed for children aged 12 and under only.
- Age-Appropriate Zones:
Our play zones are designed for specific age groups to ensure safe play. The Baby & Toddler Area is for children aged 3 years and under, while the Main Play Frame is for those 12 years and under. For insurance and safety reasons, our staff will enforce these age limits. - Timed Play During Peak Hours:
To ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy our facilities, we may limit play sessions to 2 hours during busy periods. Any time restrictions will be communicated to you at check-in. - Dress for Safety:
We recommend that children wear clothing that covers their arms and legs to prevent friction burns. Please make sure clothing is tucked in and remove any jewellery or items with cords before play. - Follow Staff Guidance:
For everyone’s safety, please follow any verbal instructions from our staff as well as the signs displayed throughout the play centre Respect the Play Space:
Climbing on netting, entry and exit gates, or furniture is not permitted at any time..
- Respectful Play Only:
Aggressive behaviour, bullying, or any actions deemed unsafe or inappropriate will not be tolerated. Individuals involved may be asked to leave the premises for the safety and comfort of others. - Report Accidents Promptly:
Please inform a member of staff immediately if an accident occurs. This allows us to offer appropriate assistance and helps us log incidents for ongoing safety reviews and improvements. - Slide Safety:
For everyone’s safety, please do not climb up the slides or play near the slide exits. - No Smoking or Open Flames:
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and open flames are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the building or on the premises. The only exception is birthday candles, which are permitted in designated party rooms during pre-booked celebrations. - Socks Required for Play:
For hygiene and safety, socks must be worn at all times on the play equipment. Shoes must be removed before entering the play frame. Forgot your socks? No worries—pairs are available to purchase at reception. - Food & Drink Policy:
Only food and beverages purchased from our on-site café may be consumed within the premises. Exceptions are made for baby food and individuals with specific dietary needs. Please do not bring food, drinks, or chewing gum into the play frame.
