1. Booking Terms

1.1 These terms apply to all bookings made with Playroom Sheffield.
1.2 Please ensure all booking details are accurate before confirming. If you notice an error after submitting your booking, contact our team as soon as possible.
1.3 By completing your payment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.4 A booking is confirmed only when you receive an official email confirmation from Playroom Sheffield.
1.5 These terms also incorporate our Rules of Play and Privacy Policy.
1.6 We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, in line with legal or operational changes.

2. Safety & Supervision

2.1 While soft play is designed to be fun, it involves physical activity and carries some inherent risk. By participating, you accept responsibility for any such risks and waive the right to hold Playroom Sheffield liable for injury.
2.2 Children are not supervised by staff. Parents/guardians must remain on-site and are responsible for their children at all times.
2.3 Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult who remains on-site during the visit.
2.4 Guests aged 13–17 may enter only when accompanying a child under 12 and an adult over 18. They cannot supervise younger children.
2.5 We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests who fail to follow our rules, behave unsafely, or appear under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This decision is at the discretion of the duty manager and is final.
2.6 No refunds will be issued if guests are removed or choose not to complete their session.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices include VAT.
3.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking via credit or debit card.
3.3 Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by any subsequent price updates.

4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

4.1 All bookings are non-refundable. However, with at least 24 hours’ notice, we may be able to reschedule your session depending on availability. This is at the manager’s discretion.
4.2 Cancellations or booking changes must be made by phone or in person at the relevant Playroom Sheffield location.
4.3 In the unlikely event that Playroom Sheffield cancels your booking, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund.
4.4 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4.5 Bookings made using gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability.
4.6 Party deposits are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Playroom Sheffield.
4.7 We reserve the right to cancel a party booking if the remaining balance is not paid by the due date.
4.8 We do not provide refunds for no-shows or absent guests. Play passes will only be issued beyond the minimum number of confirmed attendees.

5. Service Delivery

5.1 We will provide the booked services at our Playroom Sheffield location as outlined in your confirmation email.
5.2 Guests arriving late may be refused entry, and no refunds or extensions will be given.

6. Liability & Responsibilities

6.1 Playroom Sheffield and its staff are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including injuries or financial loss, except in cases of proven negligence resulting in death or serious harm.
6.2 We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit. Please keep valuables safe at all times.
6.3 Vehicles and contents parked on our premises are left at the owner’s risk.
6.4 If we are found liable for any reason, our liability is limited to the value of your booking.
6.5 We do not accept responsibility for injury or damage resulting from the use of arcade machines or other third-party equipment on our premises.
